Refund Policy

Refunds will not happen once booked. This applies to every pass and every paid competition or hackathon entry, whether or not you attend the festival or complete your entry.

We cannot cancel a booking and return the amount after payment is confirmed. Please review the pass type, date and details on the tickets section before you pay.

A pass is issued to one person. In limited cases we may allow a name change instead of a refund, at our discretion, if you write to accounts@hyderabadfilmfestival.com well before the festival day.

If money was deducted and no pass was issued, or you were charged twice for the same booking, that is not a refund request but a payment correction. Write to accounts@hyderabadfilmfestival.com with the transaction reference and date and we will verify and return the incorrect amount through the original payment method.

Timings, sessions, speakers and line-ups may change, and such changes do not qualify for a refund. If the entire festival is cancelled by the organisers, we will announce how bookings will be handled by email and on this website.

No refund is due where entry is refused or revoked for breach of the Terms & Conditions, including missing photo ID or unsafe behaviour at the venue.
