Registration and booking details such as your name, email address, phone number, city, craft or role, and the pass or competition you chose.

Competition entries, including files, links and descriptions you submit for a hackathon or competition.

Payment records: our payment partner processes your card, UPI or netbanking details. We receive only a transaction reference and status, never your full card or bank credentials.

Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and understand traffic.

To confirm your registration or pass, run competitions and judging, send festival updates and schedule changes, manage entry at the venue, issue receipts, and respond to your queries.

We share limited information with our organising partners CINIC and Communitie, our registration and payment providers, and the venue where entry management requires it. Jury members see your competition entry for judging. We do not sell your personal information.

Recruiters, production houses and studios at the festival see your profile or portfolio only where you have chosen to share it with them.

Information is stored on secured, access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed for festival operations, accounting and legal requirements.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must retain for accounting. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe option; operational emails about an event you registered for will still be sent.
